Willpower

In the past 5 days, I have attended a yoga class, briskly walked 10 miles and climbed nearly 1000 feet. As much as I would love to share my musings with you all this fine evening (read: 1:34 am), I must remove myself from the dining room PC lest I succumb to the siren song of glazed donuts in the pantry. I'm sure you understand. Winks.
Peace and Willpower

Of course we understand, dear. I'm still looking forward to your feedback, though.

Greetings from London..

You know that I feel your pain. Justin almost got a dagger to the neck last night when he sat down on the couch with a Snickers. You're doing really awesome with all of your activity!!! Good for you for being so consistent! I did Billy Blanks Cardio Boot Camp (ouch) on Monday and upper body strength training yesterday. Today is more Billy Blanks.

Good for you! I force myself to brush my teeth when I crave something sweet...usually does the trick!

Those nasty sirens, trying to lure you onto the rocky shores of Glazed Donut. Good for you for putting in your earplugs.

Sounds like you are doing great with your fitness plan.

Lol, I can't even confess what I have and haven't been doing. Just let me say that I am gonna do better. Hope you remembered to wipe the glaze from your lips =)

good for you! I am trying to eat well, but my weakness right now is leftover stocking candy, it keeps yelling at me from the pantry:(

Good for you! Keep it up! Yesterday I worked out even though I really didn't want to or feel like it. I'm glad it I did. It improved my mood considerably.

I so love you because I thought I was the only one who had to have a snack to end the day of strenous work outs. Still cant figure out why I can't lose weight. What say you?
