Renew

And, not a moment too soon. I'm breaking out of my funk and into the kitchen today, with laughter and music and lager-not necessarily in that order.

I've also decided to join the 40 day Create A Calm Heart challenge over at Practical Yoga. Per the hosts, Bill and Jeff, "[the challenge] goal is to help you overcome fear and live in the faith that anything good is possible - even in times of great uncertainty". I'm all over it, care to join me? {Details}

“So as long as a person is capable of self-renewal, they are a living being.”
-Henri Frederic Amiel

If you guessed "heart", you guessed right. As always, any and all interpretations are welcome.

cook up something good for me. I think I will join that yoga challenge. I did a 40 day prosperity challenge and it is very helpful.

Happy Easter!

From what I hear, 40 days is a good amount of time to break old cycles/habits and get new ones going. Congrats on your self-renewal project!

Beer is a great mood fixer. I'm having one with you!

I've been so scattered lately, that I feel like I haven't held my "blogging end" up.

I'm going to vow to do better...

Happy Easter!

Ah, there's nothing like a romp in the kitchen to get rid of the funk... I find great peace there. My friends regularly clown me for this. But I find that when I am alone, creating, with music to see me through and a glass of wine to enjoy sans obligation, I am really at peace.

Good luck on your challenge.

Thank you, I needed to read this today. I am trying to get there, and stay there. Right now I am like a rollercoaster, but more on that over at my place later this week, lol

Yay for happiness, fearlessness and everything else that is positive!!
