The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant.
We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.

Settles in, sips Chardonnay and wipes brow. Wow. I'm riding the magical waves of possibilities. You know, the waves that rush in to wash away the sting of misadventure? Yes, those waves.
It began last week as I was reunited (by the wonders of the interwebs) with a dear friend and fellow wordsmith. The two of us waxing on about life and family, time, trials and triumph, love, love and, love.
I've been miserly with my musings since the fast, so it was a cautious catharsis, initially. However, once we found our old familiar groove it was on. Literary techniques abound, we were jamming the long distance phone lines with sweet, cerebral music. In the end, a friendship was rekindled, a spirit repaired and a project propagated in a word; love. It's all I can see, speak, think these days, and you; what have you been up to?
Peace and love...

Sings... All you need is love!
Yay for fulfilling relationships =).
I've been up to resting my eyes and attempts of giving the old blog and readers some special attention. I am starting to remember just how freeing writing is.
Well, I am working on something special that I would love to have you be a part of. Email is forthcoming.
I've been busy loving my life, loving my family, loving, loving, loving AND longing for my summer vacation (of course)!
What a strong vibe this post has. Reconnecting with the past is one of facing up to the future. And that quote at the beginning is priceless. Many thanks.
Greetings from London.
Ahhh....send some of that my way, will ya?
Mercury had gone 'retro-grade' for the entire month of May = break downs in communication and transportation, and just about anything with moving parts. The flip of that is that we go back an take care of unfinished business, reconnect with former relations, etc.
On that note: I have taken up the job of taking care of an old, dear friend's youngest child, two days a week. She is suffering both money and marriage challenges. All the others are lucky to be in school. The littlest now comes the "Auntie Teri's Tough but Good" school of street smarts at the park! ;P
love that quote! and let the words fly...
Me? I've been having my own "misadventures" with yoga :)
So very happy for you T. Hang on tight to the good ones because they are a blessing to your soul.
Sounds like you had a wonderful moment. I've been up to letting go, believing, hoping, and being ok if things don't go as planned :)
Let's take a long walk around the park after dark.
Find us a spot to spark, conversation, verbal elation, stimulation.
Share our situation, temptations, educations, relaxations.
Elevations, maybe we can talk about Surah 3118.

What a lovely post! I've been longing to reconnect with some old friends, and this post is an inspiration. I'm glad you're back in your groove...
