Shutter Click & Chat 3/22

Two

These are the dandelions at the edge of the path that made me smile amidst my terrible very bad miserable week. I fondly remembered picking them as a child and making wishes that I wholeheartedly believed would come true. I think some of them did. I left these in place because I wasn't sure what to wish for given the week I was having I thought it best I leave them be-you know watch what you wish for and all that. I did however return yesterday with my camera to snap a few shots in case someone came upon them with a wish ready for wishing. What would you wish for?

Next week's Shutter Click & Chat is Dancing

Last week, Kathy wrote and posted photos of her daughter's wedding. One was a photo of her dancing and it immediately made me smile. Dancing is something you just can't not enjoy! So let's see you (or someone else) cut a rug!

Peace

My wishes haven't changed much over the years... peace, love, happiness...

Two wishes for a better week...

I know this sounds shallow, but I would wish for money. Not a bunch of money...just enough that I wouldn't have to think of bills and work 6 days a week.

Or I would wish for a job that I loved...then I wouldn't mind working so much.

Oh gosh my wish list is far too large to share here in your comment box. I'd bore you senseless I think. And I don't wish to do that ;D

I'm with Angela, and I don't mind being shallow. I wish for money, so I don't have to go back to work. I'd rather be somewhere being(or trying to be) creative all day.

... And if I were you, I wouldn't have been able to resist picking at least *one* and trying my luck.

Aw, the memories of dandelions. The nuns at my elementary school would welcome in spring each year by having all the students go on a hike around the grounds in search of dandelions. Once we had picked bags full we would go to the cafeteria to make and eat the worst dandelion salad every.

I can not think of spring without the taste of dandelions on my tongue.

As to wishes. If my list of wishes were candy then all the children would have an endless supply.

I love the picture and your shared memory. Don't be shy girl, pick and wish.

I seem to be making constant wishes for better days, lol. Let's hope that they soon find us all.

"my terrible very bad miserable week.'

I don't mean to laugh, but I can kinda imagine your lips poked out as you say this. Hehehe. Hope this week is super, fantastic, and beautiful.

When I just say something like "Man, I wish......

then it comes out something like....I could retire"

If I really think about what is important...I would wish for my adult children to all live wonderful lives filled with love and happiness.

On a larger scale....for the crisis that so many people are experiencing will be over soon.

On that note...I need to get my butt to work and I WISH I didn't have to go!

Looking forward to the Dancing pics!

I can't even remember what those childish Dandelion Wishes were. I think I might wish to have them granted after all... I bet they were Worthy Wishes. Moreso than any I might wish now.

I hope your Dreadful Week is a thing of the past and that this week is a good one.

I didn't expect to have time to participate in SC&C this week, but the stars aligned themselves.

Thanks for the wishes. I've blown on so many of these in my life. I'm going to keep mine a secret. It's the same old wish though. I hope your weeks get better. All of ours really.

I love the dandelions. When I was in primary school we took a trip and plucked them to make soup from the leaves I believe.
